We welcome commercial and industrial sourcing enquiries alongside furnishings, homeware, outdoor goods and general supplies. Each requirement is assessed against the specification, quantity, budget and delivery location before we confirm whether we can assist.

CLEAR COSTS
Know what the quote covers.
Goods, delivery and any separately agreed sourcing service are identified in your quote. Relevant freight, duties and taxes are included or clearly marked as estimates.
Any paid sourcing work is agreed in writing before it starts, including the scope, fee and what happens if no suitable option is found. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to an order.

Before we start.
Can I request safety, quality or compliance documents?
Ask us for product specifications, care and safety information, or supporting compliance documents for the item you are considering. We’ll confirm the applicable requirements and documentation before an order is agreed.
Documentation depends on the product and its intended use. Any legally required approvals must be in place before a product is offered for sale or supplied. A supplier’s general quality certificate is not a substitute for a required product approval.
What does sourcing cost?
Some requirements can be handled through a product quote. If a separate sourcing service is chargeable, we agree the scope, fee and payment terms before work starts.
How long will sourcing take?
We aim to provide an initial reply within one business day. Finding a suitable product and preparing a complete quotation can take longer. We discuss timing once we understand the requirement.
What if no suitable option is found?
We will tell you if we cannot meet your brief. For paid sourcing work, the agreement explains how the fee is handled if no suitable option is found.
